We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at the Tully Nursing Home in a permanent full-time or part-time capacity on a rotating shift roster. Tully Nursing Home is a 72 bed facility nestled in the foothills of Tully, which is located half way between Cairns and Townsville and approximately a 20min drive to Mission Beach.
You will need to be a suitably qualified (AHPRA Division 1) and motivated RN, with an ability to adapt your skills as part of our holistic, social model of care. In this role you will ensure that care is provided with a framework of person-centered, individualised care with a focus on wellness and companionship for residents. This role involves providing a high level of clinical care, assessing the clinical needs of residents and developing quality care strategies and care planning as well as the ability to lead a team. A passion for aged care would be preferable.
