Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Building Manager located at prestigious residential complex in Armadale, VIC. The Assistant Building Manager will you will play a key role in supporting the Building Manager in ensuring the efficient and effective management of our residential complex. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Assisting residents with inquiries and requests to enhance their living experience
Scheduling and coordinating contractors for maintenance and repair work
Conducting regular site audits and inspections to maintain high standards
Ensuring compliance with building regulations and safety protocols
Managing records and documentation related to building operations

About You:

We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have:

A background in hospitality, customer service, or property management
Experience as a Building Manager or Assistant Building Manager is highly desirable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to multitask
A positive attitude with a focus on resident satisfaction and building upkeep
