About the role
This role provides clinical education, training and evaluation of skills and knowledge to promote and support improved nursing care. You’ll plan, deliver and evaluate clinical education programs to groups and individuals to contribute to the development of our nursing workforce, working collaboratively with nursing staff and managers to identify and prioritise individual and unit learning needs.
You will show evidence of advanced clinical nursing skills with demonstrated knowledge and skill using technology appropriate to the clinical area. As well as participate in the development and review of procedures and guidelines to improve the provision education advice and expertise.
Importantly, you will promote a culture of continuous learning and development within our Living Well Together framework, providing clinical leadership, including preceptorship, mentorship and role modelling, to support a collaborative approach to learning and development.
