Technical Support Specialist - Business Equipment (Copiers, Printers, Phone Systems)

The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our team. Whether you are an experienced technician or a motivated trainee, we welcome candidates with a passion for technology and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain business equipment such as photocopiers, printers, and phone systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware and software of business equipment.
Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients.
Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on equipment.
Respond to service calls and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Assist in training clients on how to operate and maintain equipment.
Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and customer interactions.

Requirements

Prior experience in technical support or related field is preferred, but not essential. We are happy to train motivated candidates.
Familiarity with business equipment such as photocopiers, printers, and phone systems is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license (for on-site service calls).
