Summary:

Getta Betta Burger is seeking enthusiastic Junior Customer Service Members to join our team in Idalia, Queensland. This temporary, casual role is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in the hospitality and catering industry. As a Junior Customer Service Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring a positive dining experience that reflects our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders
Provide accurate information about menu items and promotions
Handle cash and card transactions efficiently and accurately
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the service area
Assist in food preparation and presentation as required
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:
