Commercial Maintenance Plumbing Supervisor

Due to the recent award of exciting new commercial maintenance contracts, CV Services is seeking an experienced Maintenance Plumbing Supervisor to join our growing Townsville team.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll lead site teams, work closely with clients, and ensure the safe and efficient delivery of plumbing maintenance across exciting infrastructure and commercial environments.
The role
As a Plumbing Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising commercial maintenance works and supporting your team to deliver high-quality outcomes for key clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising commercial maintenance plumbing contracts
- Coordinating teams and maintaining clear communication with field staff, management, and clients
- Ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of plumbing maintenance
- Providing technical support and practical solutions on site
- Driving a strong customer-focused service approach
Managing day-to-day site priorities and workflows

You’ll bring:
- Proven experience supervising commercial maintenance plumbing teams
- Strong knowledge of plumbing standards, regulations, and safe work practices
- A client-focused mindset and commitment to service excellence
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
The ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a team environment

Mandatory qualifications
- Current Queensland Plumbing Licence
- Construction White Card
- Current C Class Driver’s Licence (manual)
