As the QTMP project grows, we are now seeking an experienced Document Controller to join our Torbanlea team. Reporting directly to the Document Controls Manager, this role will see you work closely with internal operational teams to support the governance of documentation across the QTMP project. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to help drive consistency and efficiency within a major project.
Some accountabilities will include:
This is a fulltime, permanent role, based onsite at our Torbanlea Manufacturing Facility.
About You:
- 4+ years demonstrated experience in document control, data entry or similar administrative role
- Process driven and adheres to strict guidelines
- Familiar with InEight software or equivalent (Aconex, TeamBinder, etc.)
- Sound knowledge of MS Office Suite
