BOILERMAKER - BDSA ROMA

BDS Mechanical is seeking a qualified and experienced Boilermaker/Welder to join our Roma team in a full-time, permanent position. BDS Mechanical Repairs Aus is a progressive and rapidly expanding company delivering comprehensive mechanical, auto-electrical, and welding solutions across Queensland and Western Australia. With fully equipped workshop facilities and a fleet of more than 160 mobile service units, we provide reliable, high-quality support across a service area exceeding 600,000 km². As a proudly privately owned organisation, we are dedicated to fostering a positive workplace culture that puts people first, promoting teamwork, employee wellbeing, professional development, and a healthy work–life balance.

The successful candidate will possess the following:

Trade qualified Boilermaker
Good fabrications skills
Tray Building experience a bonus
Experience with welding Alloy / Carbon steel /stainless steel an advantage
Good communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team
MR or HR license a bonus
Extra skills, experience, tickets and licences will also be advantageous
