There is no trick. There is a standard though. You are a fit if you are:
Accountable You own your mistakes, fix them, and do not blame the gym, the client or the weather.Consistent You show up the same way on the hard days as the easy ones.Reliable People can count on you to be there and be ready.
That standard rules some people out, and that is fine. We want trainers who want to get great at this.
