About the role:
As a Parts Interpreter, you’ll be the first point of contact for our trade, industrial and mining customers. You’ll learn how to:

Interpret and identify automotive parts

Process customer orders
-
Dispatch parts efficiently
-
Promote current specials
-
Arrange buy-ins
-
Process customer credits
-
Provide solutions and problem-solve for customers
-
Deliver exceptional service both in-person and over the phone
-
Contribute to a strong safety-first culture — because we make it safe & make it home
Note: This role involves lifting, bending and climbing as part of daily tasks.
Duties include:

Interpret parts

Process customer orders

Efficiently dispatch products and parts

Promote specials

Arrange buy ins

Process customer credits

First point of contact for customers (in-person and over the phone)
