We're looking for a hands-on Yard Operator to join our team at Coffs Harbour. You'll be operating forklifts, sorting and grading non-ferrous metals, and buying materials from customers at the counter.
This is a solid day shift role with consistent hours and real variety in the work.
What you'll be doing

Operating equipment including forklift

Loading and unloading trucks, skip bins and trailers

Ensure customers receive a high level of service

Sorting and grading metals

Keeping the yard running safely and efficiently
What you'll need

A current forklift licence

A solid work ethic and reliable attendance

Comfortable working independently and staying on task

Happy to learn new skills and pick up additional tickets over time

Prior experience in a scrap metal, recycling, or similar is a bonus but we'll back the right person with training.
