Hiring Gardening Staff - Competitive Pay, Flexible Hours

Gardening Job Responsibilities:

· Carry out general garden maintenance including mowing, trimming, weeding, pruning, mulching, and planting.

· Maintain the health and appearance of lawns, plants, trees, and garden beds.

· Operate and maintain gardening tools and machinery safely and efficiently.

· Follow seasonal schedules for garden upkeep and ensure all work areas are left clean and tidy.

· Adhere to safety standards and company guidelines at all times.

Requirements:

· Previous experience in gardening, landscaping, or grounds maintenance is preferred but not essential.

· Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual outdoor work in varying weather conditions.

· Strong attention to detail with pride in producing quality work.

· Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

· Basic knowledge of plants, lawns, and garden maintenance practices is an advantage.
