HelloDr Toogoolawah is seeking experienced and dedicated Enrolled Nurses to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality healthcare services in our community-focused clinic in Toogoolawah.

HelloDr Toogoolawah is a trusted healthcare provider committed to enhancing the health and well-being of our patients. Located in the heart of Toogoolawah, our clinic offers a range of general medical services to meet the diverse needs of our patients.

With a strong emphasis on patient-centered care, our team of healthcare professionals works collaboratively to create a welcoming and supportive environment for everyone who walks through our doors. Our operating hours are:

Monday - Friday: 8:30 am - 6:00 pm
Saturday - Closed
Sunday - Closed

POSITION SUMMARY

As an Enrolled Nurse at HelloDr Toogoolawah, you will play a critical role in delivering patient-centered care, utilising your clinical expertise and compassionate approach. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive nursing care, support patient education, and ensure the smooth operation of the clinic.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Administering medications and treatments in line with best practice guidelines.
Monitoring and recording patient vital signs and progress.
Providing wound care and managing other minor procedures.
Supporting patient education and ensuring they have access to relevant health resources.
Collaborating with general practitioners and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records while adhering to strict confidentiality standards.
Contributing to the ongoing development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse.
Proven experience in a clinical setting, preferably within general practice or community health.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
Proficiency in using medical software and technology (e.g., Best Practice).
A commitment to patient-centered care and continuous professional development.
