Join Goodness Grown as our next Payroll & People Coordinator!

Our people are the foundation of our success, and we're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional payroll and HR support. You'll play a key role in managing payroll, supporting recruitment, co-ordinating employee lifecycle activities, and helping create a positive employee experience across the business.

Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payment to all employees.
Maintain and update employee records, including personal details, payroll information, and leave entitlements.
Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, onboarding new employees, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in line with industry standards.
Provide guidance and support to employees regarding payroll queries and HR-related matters.
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations pertaining to payroll and employment.
Assist in the preparation of reports and analysis related to payroll and workforce metrics.
Collaborate with management to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives.

About you:

Proven experience in payroll processing and HR administration across the employee lifecycle, preferably within the agriculture sector.
Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation, modern awards and compliance requirements.
Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Proficient in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
