Subcontractor — Tractor Operator & Weed Spray Technician Byscape Construction | $50–$60/hr

About the Role

Byscape Construction is looking for an experienced subcontractor for our projects based in Lancaster, Winton and Mokoan, VIC. You'll be working across two key areas — tractor operation with slashing and weed spraying via a boom spray buggy.

Immediate start preferred.

Duties & Responsibilities

Operate tractor with slasher attachment across project site
Apply herbicide using a rear-mounted boom spray on a buggy
Work safely and efficiently with minimal supervision
Comply with all site WHS requirements

What You'll Need

Demonstrated experience operating a tractor and slasher
Experience with boom spray equipment (buggy-mounted preferred)
ChemCert or equivalent chemical handling accreditation (advantageous)
Valid White Card (General Construction Induction) — mandatory
Valid ABN — this is a subcontractor engagement only
Relevant licences and certificates of competency
Strong awareness of WHS obligations in a field environment
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently

Rate: $50–$60 per hour (subcontractor)
