About the opportunity
Our Service and Warranty Coordinators deliver seamless administrative support to the team by coordinating inspections and scheduling trades, ensuring our new homeowners enjoy a smooth and positive post-build experience. In this role, you will:

Provide an unbeatable customer experience
Efficiently coordinate calendars for our Serviceteam including organising appointments and trades
Issuing and maintaining reports, ordering materials and processing paperwork
Building and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Adhoc administrative tasks completed with efficiency and excellent attention to detail

About you
You will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values. In addition, you will demonstrate:

A focus on providing exceptional customer experiences
Effective communication and administrative skills
Outstanding organisational, and planning skills whilst working with competing priorities
Intermediate knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
A flexible approach and attitude towards your work due to changing priorities
