Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 per annum

CFW specialises in metal storage furniture, ergonomic and height-adjustable tables, executive furniture, commercial seating and custom-designed solutions tailored to individual client needs. The position:

As CFW continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Marketing Specialist to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Reporting directly to senior management, you will drive the development and execution of marketing strategies that promote CFW’s product range, build brand awareness, and support business growth in the competitive commercial furniture sector.

As the Marketing Specialist at CFW, your key responsibilities are:

Identify and analyse market opportunities for CFW’s commercial furniture range, and advise senior management on strategies for pricing, promotion, and positioning of new and existing products.

Develop, coordinate and execute marketing objectives, plans and campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

Conduct market research to assess potential demand, market characteristics, and consumer behaviour to inform the development and refinement of marketing plans and campaigns.

Advise on all elements of the marketing mix, including product, pricing, advertising, sales promotion and distribution.

Manage the company’s digital presence, including website content, e-commerce platform and social media channels.

Coordinate production of marketing materials such as copywriting, visual assets, media planning and advertising placement.

Liaise with external agencies, media partners and trade representatives as required.

Monitor, analyse and report on marketing performance, providing recommendations for ongoing improvement.

The ideal candidate will have:

· At least a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Commerce or related field

· At least 1 year in relevant experience

· Sound knowledge of market research, consumer analysis and digital marketing tools and platforms.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce marketing content and present to stakeholders.

· Well-organised and capable of managing multiple priorities and campaigns simultaneously

· Proficient in both English and Chinese
