Opportunity to join a small team, to do a variety of garden work and hard landscaping for residential properties based in and around Northern Illawarra and Wollongong LGA
Garden work includes maintaining gardens, planting, turf installation, lawn care, pruning, hedging, pest identification and control, weed identification and management, mulching, tool care and maintenance
Hard landscaping includes stonework, paving, retaining walls, timber work, garden edging, stepping stones
REQUIREMENTS:
Qualifications or relevant experience in horticulture, landscape construction or similar
Initiative to identify and complete tasks to a high standard with an attention to detail
Able to complete quality work in set time frames
Able to work well independently as well as within a team environment
Knowledge of plant and weed identification, plant pests and diseases
Must be punctual, reliable and physically fit
Good communication skills when talking with clients and other team members
Be able to care for and maintain tools and equipment
A willingness to work in outdoor environments in all weather conditions
Must have own transport with a current drivers licence, white card and own PPE
Adherance to Work Health and Safety protocols
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
