About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Bookkeeper to join our team. This is a varied, hands-on role offering exposure to multiple clients and industries, making it ideal for someone who enjoys diversity in their workload. You will work closely with our team to manage client accounts and support day-to-day bookkeeping functions.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end bookkeeping for a portfolio of clients
- Bank and account reconciliations
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Payroll processing and STP reporting
- BAS preparation and lodgement (if qualified)
- Managing multiple client files with accuracy and attention to detail
About You
- Proven bookkeeping experience, Cert IV in Accounting & Bookkeeping a preference
- Strong knowledge of Xero (MYOB experience a bonus)
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication and client service skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Have initiative and a positive attitude

Pay: $38.00 – $40.00 per hour
