About Us

We are a boutique BAS-registered bookkeeping business based in the Swan Valley, working with a diverse range of clients across various industries. Our small, supportive team prides itself on delivering high-quality, personalised service and building strong client relationships.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Bookkeeper to join our team. This is a varied, hands-on role offering exposure to multiple clients and industries, making it ideal for someone who enjoys diversity in their workload. You will work closely with our team to manage client accounts and support day-to-day bookkeeping functions.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end bookkeeping for a portfolio of clients
Bank and account reconciliations
Accounts payable and receivable
Payroll processing and STP reporting
BAS preparation and lodgement (if qualified)
Managing multiple client files with accuracy and attention to detail

About You

Proven bookkeeping experience, Cert IV in Accounting & Bookkeeping a preference
Strong knowledge of Xero (MYOB experience a bonus)
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong communication and client service skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Have initiative and a positive attitude
