What’s involved in this role?

Chronic disease and injury management
- Manual handling and functional assessments
- Initial assessments
- Clinical referrals
- Fall prevention, risk management and education
- Equipment prescription
- Exercise Programs and Re-enablement services
- Attending Clinical meetings and case conferences
- Be part of an experienced multi-disciplinary team in a residential aged care setting
What you’ll need

Minimum level bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy
- Current AHPRA registration - full registration
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
- Current Flu & COVID Vaccination evidence
- First Aide & CPR
