What You’ll Be Doing

Provide mechanical support and guidance to the workshop team
- Coordinate and monitor services and repairs in progress
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and revenue
- Support the team with service, repairs, and maintenance on agricultural machinery
- Diagnose and interpret machine faults
- Review and finalise job cards to ensure accurate documentation
Who We’re Looking For

Trade Qualified – Heavy Vehicle / Diesel Mechanic
- Capable Leader – Confident in coaching and empowering a team
- Self-Motivated – Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Customer Focused – Excellent communication and commitment to exceeding expectations
- Organised – Outstanding time management and ability to prioritise workloads
