The Opportunity:
- Lead, mentor and support the service team.
- Maintain compliance with safety, warranty, and service procedures.
- Monitor technician performance and workshop operations.
- Provide technical support and assist with customer concerns.
- Uphold a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
- Promote teamwork and a positive workshop culture.
About You:
- Hold a heavy vehicle diesel mechanic/technician trade qualification, or willingness to acquire.
- Current forklift license preferred.
- Possess a current driver’s license.
- Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team of technicians and apprentices.
- Strong fault-finding and repair skills with a mechanically minded approach.
- Excellent work ethic and a commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
- Well-presented and customer-focused.
