We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Software Tester to join our team. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our digital platforms through structured testing, accurate defect reporting, and close collaboration with the development team. This role suits someone who enjoys problem solving, has a strong attention to detail, and is passionate about delivering high-quality software that enhances member experience. You will also work closely with the IT team to support ongoing website enhancements, improve usability, and ensure our digital systems continue to meet member needs.
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT.
- Identify, document, and track defects using standard QA tools
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint deliverables
- Review business requirements and acceptance criteria for clarity and testability
- Validate system behaviour to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance
- Support release cycles through pre-release testing and post-deployment checks
- Maintain technical documentation, including test results and procedural guides
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, standards, and methodologies
To be considered for these roles you will require the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field preferred; or equivalent practical experience in software testing.
- Minimum one year of experience in software testing
- Experience in manual and functional testing of mobile applications (Android and/or iOS)
- Hands-on experience executing test scripts, using virtual devices, and working with automated test frameworks.
- Experience testing web-based or desktop applications — desirable
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
- Ability to identify, document, and track defects with strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with developers and product teams
Pay: $65,000.00 – $87,000.00 per year
