Full Job Description

As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll work closely with the Store Manager to oversee all aspects of store operations, including driving sales, delivering outstanding customer experiences, and managing stock. This is a leadership role where you’ll help guide and develop the team while ensuring the store runs smoothly in the Store Manager’s absence.

We’re looking for a motivated individual with previous retail leadership or supervisory experience, strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, lead by example and know how to inspire a team to achieve results while creating an engaging in-store experience.

In this role you will:

Support the Store Manager in driving sales and achieving performance targets while enhancing the customer experience.
Assist in leading, mentoring, and developing the store team, cultivating a positive and results-driven environment.
Oversee stock management, ensuring effective stock replenishment, markdowns, and timely stocktakes.
Maintain high visual merchandising standards to reflect brand direction.
Ensure excellent service and build lasting customer relationships.
