Your Role

This busy yet rewarding role provides the opportunity to:

Support injured individuals in their recovery, return to work, and life after injury or illness.
Deliver a variety of assessments and case management services across diverse customer portfolios.
Use your clinical expertise to help clients transition back to their pre-injury roles or explore new employment opportunities.
Build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
Mentor and support team development while growing your leadership skills.

About You

We’re seeking a passionate and driven professional who has:

Relevant qualifications and professional membership as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Chiropractor, Rehabilitation Counsellor, Social Worker, Psychologist (Registered or Provisional) or Registered Nurse.
Current Police Clearance and Working with Vulnerable People Check.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong time management, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
A positive, collaborative attitude and commitment to continuous improvement.
