Job Description

About the Role

Friends’ Early Learning Centre is seeking a caring, qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our Exceeding-rated Centre. You’ll be part of a passionate and collaborative team that delivers high-quality early learning programs for children aged from 12 weeks to four years, with a focus on curiosity, care, and development.

Key Focus Areas

Build genuine, respectful relationships with children and their families
Support the planning and delivery of engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences
Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and welcoming learning environment
Promote wellbeing, positive behaviour and a culture of continuous reflection and improvement

Essential Qualifications

Certificate III, Diploma, or Degree in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA recognised)
ACECQA approved Child Protection training
Current First Aid & CPR Practical Assessment.
Current Tasmanian Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (employment category)
A satisfactory National Police Check
