About the business

Huon Regional Care is a not-for-profit long-established provider of quality community and aged care services across Southern Tasmania, and we are looking to appoint an experienced Level 3 Registered Nurse Clinical Care Manager for our Residential Aged Care facility situated on the beautiful Tasman Peninsula.

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and focused Level 1 Registered Nurse to work across our facility.

Skills and experience

We would anticipate the successful candidate would:

Hold a current and valid registration with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Experience and knowledge of aged care and rural health services.

Knowledge of contemporary practice and its application.
Demonstrates passion about clinical management.
Knowledge of the legal requirements, relevant policies and procedures of the practice setting.
Demonstrated clinical competence.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills including conflict resolution.
Problem solving and decision making skills.
