About the Role

You’ll work closely with the Head Chef to support daily kitchen operations, maintain consistency and presentation standards, and help drive an efficient, professional kitchen culture.

Key Responsibilities

Support and lead kitchen operations during service
Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
Assist with menu development and seasonal changes
Train and supervise junior kitchen staff
Assist with stock control, ordering, stock take, and food cost management
Help document recipes, kitchen processes, and methodologies
Maintain food safety and HACCP standards
Lead service in the Head Chef’s absence

About You

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Strong organisational and communication skills
Calm under pressure and service-focused
Passionate about food quality and kitchen standards
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
Available for early mornings and weekends
