Job Description :
We are seeking a creative Multimedia Designer to lead our visual marketing efforts. You will be responsible for planning and producing high-quality digital and print content—including property brochures, flyers, signage, listing presentations, photography, video tours, and social media assets—to showcase our property listings and elevate the VICPROP brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Multimedia Content Design: Create engaging visual assets including property brochures, signage, listing presentations, and digital advertising creatives.
- Property Photography & Video: Photograph and film real estate properties, producing professional video tours, highlight reels, and virtual walkthroughs.
- Post-Production: Edit and retouch photography and video content to meet premium brand standards, ensuring a 24-hour turnaround time.
- Social Media Management: Develop and manage a high volume of digital content (minimum 90 posts per month) to drive audience engagement and enquiries..
- Brand Consistency: Maintain organized digital libraries and ensure all visual assets are 95% consistent with internal brand guidelines.
- Collaboration: Work closely with real estate agents, marketing professionals, and stakeholders to support brand storytelling and lead-generation campaigns across digital and print platforms.
- Market Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve VICPROP’s marketing impact.
Skills & Experience Required:
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- At least one year of proven experience in multimedia design, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Strong understanding of digital media platforms and the technical requirements for high-quality video and graphic production.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
- A professional portfolio showcasing a range of multimedia work, including video editing, motion graphics, and digital layouts.
