Full Job Description

Platinum fitness centre - Hoppers crossing

We are currently looking for an experienced Boxing, Kickboxing/ Muay Thai Coach to join our growing team at 24/7 Platinum & Fitness in Hoppers Crossing.

We have recently revamped our brand-new group training space, which now includes:

A 5m x 5m elevated boxing ring
Brand-new boxing gloves Thai pads & focus mitts
Dedicated group training area separate from the main 24/7 gym floor
Over 800 active members within the gym

This role is purely focused on:

Boxing
Kickboxing
Muay Thai
Box Fit classes
Fight-style conditioning

We are NOT looking for:

Strength & Conditioning coaches
HIIT coaches
Yoga/Pilates instructors

We are specifically searching for someone passionate about combat sports and boxing fitness who can help build an exciting atmosphere and strong community within the new space.

This opportunity would suit:

An experienced boxing/kickboxing coach
Someone already running classes looking for a more established facility
A coach wanting to grow their own client base within an established gym
Someone looking to relocate or expand their business into a professional setup

One of the biggest advantages is that the group training room operates separately from the main gym floor, making it ideal for coaches who may already have private clients or their own following.

We’re looking for someone who:

Brings good energy
Has experience running boxing or kickboxing classes
Understands how to engage members
Can build a strong class culture
Is reliable, professional, and passionate about the industry
