As an Executive Assistant in Group Technology division, you’ll play a key role in providing high-level support to Group 2 leaders. This is a pivotal role where you will operate at the heart of a fast-paced, global environment, providing trusted and proactive support across a broad leadership group. You’ll play a key role in enabling leaders to operate effectively, managing competing priorities, facilitating seamless coordination, and ensuring strong organisational rhythm across the division.

Work Hours: Full time What will your day look like?
Provide executive support to Domain Leads, Tribe Leads, Technology Area Leads and CoE Leads on a shared basis
Manage complex calendars, inboxes, and communications with a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and associated logistics
Support global teams through meeting coordination, documentation management, and communications preparation
Organise leadership meetings, steering committees, and key forums, including preparing materials and tracking outcomes
Oversee event coordination including conferences, offsites, and leadership sessions
Manage expenses, invoices, and event-related costs
Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders globally
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Extensive experience supporting senior executives (ideally C-suite or Group-level leaders) in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities with minimal supervision
Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships
High levels of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
Advanced proficiency across Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and collaboration tools
A proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs and resolve issues independently
Experience managing events and supporting senior leadership forums
Experience operating in highly governed or regulated environments
Strong ability to navigate complex organisational structures and processes
