About the Centre:
Little Beginnings Bangalay provides high-quality early education and care for children aged 0-5 years in a nurturing, inclusive environment where every child feels safe, supported, and encouraged to thrive. Conveniently located at 1-3 Cathie Road and open Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm, our long day care centre is a trusted choice for families in Port Macquarie.
Our dedicated educators are passionate about supporting each child’s learning and development, building strong relationships that foster confidence, resilience, and a love of discovery. With vibrant indoor classrooms and spacious outdoor play areas, children enjoy fun, hands-on experiences that inspire creativity and build essential skills.
About the Role
- Manage the day to day operations of the Centre/s in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
- Create long-lasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.
- Mentor and support the centre/s to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards
About you
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
- Strong experience in a Centre Manager role
- A current Working with Children’s Check
- Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standard
