What's the role?
A Customer Service Advisor at BankSA plays a key role in assisting customers with their banking needs. This role typically involves providing support for everyday banking transactions, answering inquiries, and offering tailored solutions to meet customer needs. Advisors may also identify opportunities to introduce customers to other financial products or services that could benefit them. It's a customer-facing position that requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
This is part time (21 hours per week), branch-based role and the schedule is Monday, Thursday, and Friday (9:00am to 4:30pm).
There is flexibility for additional hours to be rostered based on business needs.
