What You’ll Do
This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
Input into the design, development and delivery of minor projects, including compliance with relevant authorities.
Provide oversight of inspection, safety, and compliance to Australian standards and Defence requirements.
Provide reporting and analytical support to the PAS Regional Manager.
Provide technical input into design scopes and selection of specialist subcontractors.
Provide delivery of specialist Estate knowledge and capability.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, building services.
Building Works Supervision Accreditation with extensive works supervision experience.
Construction experience, regulatory knowledge, stakeholder engagement.
Strong working knowledge of Building rules and related technical compliance.
Knowledge of commercial and legislative components of building works.
