About the Role

As our Service Coordinator, you'll connect organisations with our trusted Trade Partner Network, coordinating every stage of the maintenance journey.

Your responsibilities will include:

Coordinating maintenance requests from enquiry through to completion
Scheduling and allocating the right Trade Partner for every job
Managing client enquiries via phone, email and customer portals
Providing proactive communication and regular progress updates
Building trusted relationships with clients, Trade Partners and the CBM team
Coordinating quotes, variations and approvals
Monitoring job progress to ensure response times and service standards are achieved
Reviewing contractor licences, insurances and safety documentation before work commences
Maintaining accurate job records using our technology platforms
Identifying issues early, resolving challenges and escalating where required

About You

You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy working with people, solving problems and keeping multiple priorities moving.

You'll also bring:

Experience in service coordination, customer service, scheduling, administration, property management, facilities management or operations
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
A proactive, solutions focused approach
Confidence using technology and learning new systems
A genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer service

Experience in facilities maintenance isn't essential. If you've built your career coordinating people, managing competing priorities and delivering exceptional service, we'd love to hear from you.
