Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about food service, values teamwork, and takes pride in creating memorable dining experiences for our clients and guests.

Prepare and deliver meals, food, and beverages with efficiency, care, and attention to presentation standards

Assist with food preparation, meal plating, and cold larder duties while maintaining quality and consistency
-
Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic workspace at all times, adhering strictly to food safety protocols and Australian food handling regulations
-
Assist in monitoring and recording Food Safety Program (FSP) requirements, including temperature checks, cleaning schedules, and receipt of goods documentation
-
Receive, inspect, and organize incoming goods according to established procedures, ensuring proper stock rotation and inventory management

Perform dishwashing and kitchen cleaning duties to maintain sanitation standards and support kitchen operations

Support the catering team in setup and breakdown of service areas, ensuring all equipment and materials are properly organized and stored
About You:

Previous catering, hospitality, or food service experience highly regarded

Strong understanding of hygiene and food safety practices
-
Reliable, organised, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
-
Flexible availability to work varied shifts, including early starts and weekends
-
Positive attitude with a strong focus on patient care and customer service
