Full Job Description

George's Paragon Tamborine Mountain is seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands on leader who thrives in fast paced hospitality environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality food, maintaining strong kitchen standards and developing a successful team.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all kitchen operations.
Lead, train and motivate kitchen staff.
Manage food quality, presentation and consistency.
Control food costs, stock ordering and wastage.
Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace health and safety requirements.
Work closely with management to drive kitchen performance.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a high volume venue.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Passion for food and commitment to quality.
