Full Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person with a positive attitude and good computer skills to join our growing team.

No experience is required. If you have a willingness to learn and an interest in the building industry, we will provide all the training you need.

Your Role:

Working alongside our experienced Project Managers, you will learn how to coordinate the supply & installation of specialized doors on construction projects from commencement through to completion.

Your duties will include:

Assisting Project Managers with project administration and coordination.
Coordinating suppliers, manufacturers and installation teams.
Learning our products, systems and project procedures.
Reading construction plans, door schedules and project documentation.
Liaising with builders, contractors and installation teams.
Helping ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
The ability to work well with people at all levels.
A willingness to learn and build a long-term career.
