About the Role

Airla Automations is expanding rapidly across New South Wales, and we are looking for reliable, highly skilled Subcontractor Installers to join our team immediately. In this role, you will be responsible for installing high-quality automated door systems across residential and commercial properties.

While we are launching this contract in NSW, we are looking for high-quality operators. If you prove your workmanship and reliability, there is an immediate opportunity to expand your contract across all of Australia as our national footprint grows.

No prior automation experience? No worries. If you know doors and windows, we’ll handle the rest. We provide all specialized technical training and documentation before you start your first project.

Key Responsibilities

Install automated door and window systems and associated hardware to premium standards.
Ensure all installations comply with NSW building codes, safety regulations, and manufacturer specifications.
Conduct basic testing and commissioning of automated components post-installation.
Represent Airla Automations professionally on-site, providing exceptional client interaction.

What We Are Looking For

Proven Experience: A strong, demonstrable background in installing Automated Systems for doors, windows, framing, or glazing.
Tools & Transport: Your own reliable commercial vehicle (Van/Ute) and a complete set of quality hand and power tools.
Compliance Ready: Active ABN, Public Liability Insurance, and a valid White Card.
Eye for Quality: Precision-driven mindset. Quality is our number one metric for deciding who expands with us nationally.
