We are a well-established property maintenance business providing ongoing in-home services to NDIS and aged care clients across Sydney.
We are currently seeking a reliable, high-quality subcontractor cleaning team to take on a structured full-time schedule (Monday–Friday), with flexibility also available for suitable applicants.
This is stable, ongoing work — not one-off jobs.
What You’ll Receive

Key Responsibilities
- Residential cleaning (bathrooms, kitchens, dusting, vacuuming, mopping)
- Occasional deep cleaning tasks (training provided)
- Following job instructions and schedules carefully
- Maintaining consistent, high-quality results across all clients
- Communicating early regarding any issues or concerns
Who We Are Looking For

Experience is preferred; however, mindset, reliability, and consistency are more important than years of experience.
Subcontractor Requirements
- ABN (or willingness to obtain one)
- Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Availability to work weekdays
- Professional attitude and presentation
Pay & Growth
- Starting rate: $37.50/hr (after training)
- Guaranteed full-time weekday hours available

Subcontractors who consistently deliver high-quality work and maintain strong client feedback are typically reviewed for rate increases over time, with experienced long-term teams potentially reaching rates of up to $50/hr depending on performance, reliability, and client satisfaction.
