As our Customer Delivery Technology Applications Manager, you will own the digital backbone of King Living's global Customer Delivery Excellence programme — ensuring every platform, integration, and data flow works seamlessly to carry the King Living difference through to the customer's door, across all global markets.

What You Will Own
Delivery Technology Stack Own and optimise the full Customer Delivery technology stack — including final mile execution tools, freight and transport systems, contractor and query management platforms, and all associated integrations. Your logistics background will be your greatest asset in understanding what these systems need to do and how they need to perform.
Customer Communication Workflows Design and implement automated, predictive customer communication workflows across the full delivery journey — from Point of Sale through to Proof of Delivery — leveraging AI and automation to improve timeliness, personalisation, and consistency.
BI, Dashboards & Exception Reporting Build and maintain self-service delivery performance dashboards, scorecards, and exception-based alerting to proactively surface at-risk deliveries, SLA breaches, and performance anomalies — translating operational data into decisions that matter.
System Integration & Data Architecture Lead the integration of delivery systems with King Living's broader platforms — ERP, CRM, and eCommerce — to enable end-to-end data flow and real-time operational visibility across all global markets.
Technology Roadmap & Programme Delivery Lead the technical delivery of key Customer Delivery Excellence programme workstreams. Evaluate, pilot, and recommend new technology solutions — including AI agent capabilities — to enhance delivery performance, reduce costs, and improve customer experience.
Who You Are
You are a logistics professional first — and a technology leader second. That combination is exactly what makes this role work.
- 10+ years' experience in customer delivery or logistics operations roles, with at least 5 years in technology product ownership, systems management, or digital operations
- Hands-on experience with logistics application administration, configuration, and implementation — you understand the operational context behind the systems
- Strong BI and reporting skills — proficient in Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar tools
- Solid understanding of system integration patterns, APIs, and data architecture principles
- Experience with AI and automation tools for customer communications or operational workflows highly desirable
- Ability to translate complex business and operational requirements into technical solutions
- Confident managing vendor relationships and driving outcomes through external partners
- Excellent communication skills — able to bridge the gap between operational teams and technical stakeholders with ease
- A continuous improvement mindset — you see process gaps and you do something about them
You will likely come from a senior logistics, supply chain, or customer delivery operations background — with a natural progression into technology ownership and digital transformation. What matters most is your ability to connect operational reality with technical solutions that actually work.
