What you'll be doing
As a Registered Nurse in Haemodialysis, you will provide specialised nursing care to patients requiring renal replacement therapy while ensuring safe, effective and person-centred care delivery.

Deliver evidence-based nursing care in accordance with professional standards and clinical guidelines
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan, implement and evaluate patient care outcomes
Advocate for patients, carers and diverse communities to ensure individualised care needs are met
Provide clinical support, preceptorship and mentoring to nurses and students
Maintain clinical knowledge through education, quality improvement activities, audits and professional development initiatives
