About us

Mycarehub is a family-owned NDIS provider based in Kingsgrove, supporting people across Sydney with domestic assistance, community access, transport, home and garden maintenance, and other practical supports that help people remain independent in their own homes.

We are looking for a warm, organised, and relationship-focused professional to help us build long-term referral partnerships across the local disability and health community.

This is not a traditional sales role. We are looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people, following up consistently, and becoming a trusted local contact for professionals such as support coordinators, hospital social workers, occupational therapists, rehabilitation teams, and community organisations.

What you’ll do

Build and maintain relationships with referral partners across South Sydney
Visit hospitals, rehabilitation services, and community organisations
Arrange coffee meetings and introductory appointments
Keep our Relationship Manager (CRM) up to date
Send follow-up emails and referral information packs
Track referral activity and relationship health
Help position Mycarehub as a trusted local provider for people with neurological and physical disabilities

We’d love to hear from you if you have experience in

NDIS support coordination
Hospital or rehabilitation administration
Occupational therapy or allied health administration
Disability services
Aged care coordination
Community services
Medical practice management
Relationship management or stakeholder engagement

You’ll be a great fit if you are

Naturally friendly and approachable
A strong communicator, both in person and in writing
Highly organised and comfortable using CRM systems
Reliable with follow-up and relationship management
Comfortable visiting hospitals and professional offices
Passionate about improving outcomes for people with disability

Mycarehub was founded by someone who lives with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and understands firsthand the importance of reliable support and strong community connections. We are building genuine partnerships with professionals who want better outcomes for their participants—not a high-pressure sales pipeline.

This role will start at 1–2 days per week with the opportunity to grow into a larger role as referral partnerships develop.
