At Adamo’s Pasta, our story began with Marisa and Lino, who brought their deep love for Italian pasta-making to Western Sydney, running the legendary Center Pasta for over 25 years. Adamo inherited that exact passion and established Adamo’s Pasta in Rosebery back in 2007.
For 19 years we have given absolute priority to traditional methods to create a superior and authentic product. Today, that passion has fueled our growth. Operating out of Rosebery, we have evolved into both a shop for local customers and a local wholesaler, servicing contracts with premier stockists such as Harris Farm Markets.

The New Kitchen LeadershipSpearhead the recruitment, interviewing, and seamless onboarding of our brand-new Head Chef by the end of July.
Frontline Expansion Onboard and mentor two new shop floor staff to keep our local retail customers smiling.
The Digital Evolution Collaborate directly with our Web Developer and Marketing Consultant to launch our brand-new website, optimise our online footprint, and supercharge our Uber Eats and DoorDash channels.

Keep the wheels turning smoothly inside our large pasta production area, balancing traditional craftsmanship with strict efficiency, portion control, and premium quality.
- Wholesale ManagementTake ownership of our wholesale order pipeline, ensure operations strictly adhere to top-tier food safety, hygiene, and industry regulations. Work with our in-house delivery driver to make sure orders are fulfilled on time, every time.
- Retail Shopfront ExcellenceEnsure our small, boutique Rosebery storefront is welcoming, organised, and running efficiently.
- Team LeadershipTrain, motivate, and manage the retail team, ensuring the two incoming shop floor staff absorb our family values and high service standards.
- Digital Marketing & Revenue Growth
Be a part of our new e-commerce website rollout, working together with our external Developer and Digital Project Consultant.
- Delivery & Social MediaOptimise our delivery platform channels (currently Uber Eats, but looking to expand) and identify creative ways to use social media marketing to drive online orders and find fresh revenue pockets.
- Financial Transparency & Goal Setting
Partner closely with Adamo and our Accounts team to set clear operational goals, financial benchmarks, and performance metrics so we can see our growth in real-time.
What You Bring to the Table (Requirements)
Proven leadership and organisational background. Solid experience as a Venue, Bar, Operations or General Manager within a commercial kitchen, food manufacturing, large-scale production, fast-paced food retail environment or similar. Knowledge of Italian food is an absolute plus but not mandatory.
A respect for the craft and an eye for the future. You love traditional food culture and you are excited by digital growth and new opportunities. Experience with social media marketing, product launches, and third-party delivery apps is a huge plus.
People skills from the soul. The ability to genuinely connect with and motivate production staff, kitchen teams, wholesale clients, and local walk-in customers alike.
Business-minded and savvy. You must be comfortable looking at numbers, working with accounts, and structuring workflows to make goals a reality.
A hustler with a calm head under pressure. An eye for detail without losing focus of the big picture. An adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on business.
