Job Scope:

Provide day-to-day support to both the Marketing and Business Development functions across the Oceania region, ensuring project workstreams progress accurately and on time.
A hands-on, delivery-focused role spanning research and analysis, reporting, presentation and proposal preparation, document and asset management, and general project coordination.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct market, competitor and industry research, summarising findings into clear, well-structured documents for internal review.
Research and profile prospective commercial partners, preparing background briefings, target lists and company summaries to support new business conversations.
Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals and pitch materials, including sourcing supporting data, imagery and case studies.
Compile reporting inputs and support performance analysis across campaigns, lounge activity and commercial partnerships, presenting results in a clear and consistent format.
Maintain project trackers, partner pipeline records, action logs and shared calendars, ensuring all information remains accurate and current.
Prepare agendas, briefing notes and follow-up actions for internal and partner meetings, and support the administration of partner agreements and documentation.
Collate and organise marketing assets, imagery, brand files, contact lists and supplier records.
Provide coordination support for lounge openings, activations, events and the national partner roadshow.
Liaise with internal teams, agencies, suppliers and partners to progress day-to-day tasks through to completion.

Job Requirements:

Good written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to liaise across internal teams, agencies and suppliers.
Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Confident conducting research and presenting information clearly and concisely.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel; Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus.
Proactive, reliable and self-motivated, with a willingness to take on tasks of all sizes.
Ability to multitask, prioritise and work to deadline in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable working independently and as part of a small team.
Work location: Airport & CBD Offices. Full time, initial two (2) month term.
