ArtBot is a specialist digital creative agency focused on Dynamic Creative Optimisation (DCO), delivering

data-driven advertising campaigns across display, social, video and emerging channels.

of a growing specialist agency. Our team of strategists, designers, developers, analysts and activation specialists work with leading

brands including Volkswagen, Audi, Porsche, McDonald's, Coles and Virgin Australia.

About the Role:

We're looking for an enthusiastic Activation Assistant to join our Creative Activation team.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in digital advertising, ad

operations or marketing technology. You'll support the setup, testing and activation of dynamic

advertising campaigns while gaining exposure to industry-leading platforms, tools and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the activation of dynamic advertising campaigns across multiple channels
Assist with creative builds, feed mapping and campaign setup
Conduct quality assurance (QA) checks to ensure campaigns launch accurately
Review campaign reports and assist with troubleshooting
Learn and work across ad-serving platforms, Google advertising products and proprietary tools
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver campaigns efficiently and effectively

About You:

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Interest in digital advertising and technology
Strong organisational and communication skills
Curious, proactive and eager to learn
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Exposure to campaign management or digital marketing
Experience working with data and reporting in Excel
