We are looking for an industry experienced Marketing Specialist to join our organisation.

Ideally, you’re a mountain biker, or have dabbled in riding and we’ll soon make you an addict…we’re looking for someone that knows content and loves sharing that with our community. Someone that loves a challenge and who recognises that working for a start-up company means you will be working in a fast-paced environment with many projects on the go, and in a constantly evolving dynamic.
Being able to demonstrate a history working in marketing and sales is a must. You should have a good understanding of content and influencer marketing. You should have good expertise using different digital systems such as Google Analytics, and Shopify, and be a whizz with analysing numbers and results. Beyond your technical expertise we’re looking for someone that can learn quickly, and we can work with to train, if needed, to be our digital marketing specialist. One day you may be helping on site at a photo shoot, creating content and managing the website, or drawing up an email marketing campaign, and the next day you will be managing online ad accounts.
Main Tasks/ Duties
· Develop, implement and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads Manager (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads and other digital advertising platforms.
· Plan and execute comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with business objectives and marketing goals.
· Monitor campaign performance and conduct ongoing optimisation, including A/B testing, audience refinement, bid adjustments and budget allocation to maximise campaign effectiveness.
· Manage advertising budgets, monitor expenditure and analyse campaign ROI to ensure efficient use of marketing resources.
· Create engaging advertising creatives, including graphics, video content and promotional materials using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and CapCut.
· Conduct market research, competitor analysis and audience segmentation to identify opportunities for campaign growth and improved targeting.
· Analyse campaign data using relevant analytics tools and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
· Support email marketing (EDM) campaigns through content development, audience management and performance monitoring.
· Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence and engage target audiences across digital channels.
· Ensure brand consistency across all advertising and marketing materials while contributing to overall branding and creative direction.
· Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to coordinate marketing initiatives and achieve campaign objectives.
Skills and experience
· Relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing, graphic design or commerce;
· Experience with marketing in global regions, with some cross-cultural knowledge of marketing and sales trends in markets such as North and South America.
· Demonstrated experience with common digital marketing tools/tech stack such as Meta Ads, Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, SEO and more;
· Good understanding of Excel and ability to analyse important marketing data to provide input to strategic direction.
· Excellent attention to detail and creative flair;
· Keen eye for layouts, creative content design;
· Self-motivated and enthusiastic;
· The ability to positively contribute to the team;
· Ability to think critically, creatively and analytically.
· Experience requirement: Ideally 2 years' experience as a Advertising Specialist
Working hours are 9-5pm, working from our Sydney Warehouse/Office in Terrey Hills on the Northern Beaches.
