Full Job Description

We seek an exceptionally creative and digital mind, an all-rounder with passion, especially when it comes to design. A results-oriented individual energised by consistent learning and optimisation and a will to build, maintain and grow together with a future-forward and world-class digital agency.

The role

A Full-Time Creative & Digital Junior Graphic Designer with 1 to 2 years of agency or similar company experience and knowledge of Inbound Marketing.

Responsibilities

Develop various types of digital creative content for digital channels, for example, websites and pages, social, PPC, Email, banners, advertisements, brochures, etc.
A master of your craft and your favourite design tools (software), including multiple tools depending on the medium and goals of the final projects.
Work on a team with other designers and marketing experts to complete Lupo Digital and client projects.
Study design briefs and determine requirements, schedule projects and define budget constraints, conceptualise visuals based on requirements, prepare rough drafts and present ideas, and develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand.

Required Skills and Experience

Must have creative and artwork experience across:

Website design including wireframes, mobile and desktop responsiveness
Email Marketing templates and designs
Website page design
Landing page design
Blog posts banners
Custom-designed call-to-actions (CTAs), banners and buttons
Social Media posts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter )
Paid Media display banners and posts (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)

Design platforms experience across (as many as possible) for example:

Indesign
Photoshop
Canva
Adobe suite
Capable of outputting and experience working with multiple formats, such as; EPS, AI files, JPGs, PNGs, BMPs, MP4s, GIFs
Strong English, including written and spoken comprehension
Ability to work under pressure and to time constraints
College or University Graduate
Ability to quickly learn new systems and tech-savvy
Ability to think outside the box, including finding potential problems before they arise
A sense of urgency within a competitive industry that strives to provide efficient services and delivery turnaround
Ability to take constructive feedback as an opportunity to grow and learn
A strong and confident individual who wants to be a part of the team but will also strive to improve the team as a whole

Nice to have - preferred - may help get the role quicker:

A creative portfolio to share with us to see past and current creative design work
HubSpot knowledge and experience of how the items above translate into HubSpot
UX and UI learning ambitions and/or practical experience and experimenting
Animation, video graphics and video editing knowledge or skills
Certificate of qualification or bachelor's degree
Copywriting and copy editing skills (demonstration required) helpful
Deep HubSpot platform and hands-on experience
Design experience across a range of digital channels, for example, social media, websites, PPC, advertising, branding
Video editing skills

Reports to

Lupo Digital Operations Coordinator and Director of Growth Strategy and Customer Experience
Works collaboratively with Lupo Marketing, Production, Creative Design and Technical Teams.

Where the role fits into the team

Strategists, account or project managers on our team provide a brief of the campaign elements required, including the creative and digital assets needed.
Your role would be to absorb the brief, ask questions, provide creative design materials and outputs with your own creative initiative and recommendations ( such as posts, banners, etc.).
As a team, review these internally, and together we discuss any adjustments, before sharing with the client for feedback, before implementing.
