Site Coordinator – Commercial Fitout

We are a growing commercial fitout company based in Sydney, specialising in restaurant, retail, and hospitality fitout projects. We are currently looking for a motivated and reliable Site Coordinator to join our team.

Position Details

Full-time Position
Base Salary: $65,000 per year + Super
Location: Sydney, NSW

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise day-to-day site activities
Manage multiple commercial fitout projects simultaneously
Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and project managers
Monitor project progress, site quality, and safety compliance
Organise material deliveries and scheduling
Assist in resolving on-site issues and maintaining project timelines

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial fitout projects
Ability to manage and coordinate multiple sites effectively
Strong communication and organisational skills
Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin preferred)
Able to work independently and under pressure
Construction White Card required
Driver licence and transport required
